Our Story

PCC Productions was founded by Brad Holder—musician, Pastor, ex-theatre manager, and of course AV technician—who was born and raised in Port Hedland. Growing up as a musician, Brad recognized a lack of support for local artists and a gap in high-quality AV services in the region. His passion for live sound developed while working in the local theatre, where he saw firsthand the power of connecting performers with their audience.

While working with touring artists, Brad identified a major roadblock preventing national acts from visiting the Pilbara—there simply wasn’t adequate AV equipment available for hire. Without the budget to bring their own gear, many touring bands bypassed the region entirely, creating a disconnect between Perth and Pilbara’s music scenes.

Determined to change this, Brad dedicated over 15 years to building a world-class inventory, mastering his craft, training a skilled team, and fostering a thriving local music community. Through his efforts, the Pilbara now has the infrastructure to support high-profile artists and live events of all scales.

Brad is a passionate advocate for WA music and the Pilbara Community. He has served as a Pilbara representative on the West Australian Music (WAM) Regional Roundtable and as a board member of CircuitWest, WA’s peak body for regional performing arts touring. Brad also serves at C3 HED, a Church for the people of Hedland with his wife as the Lead Pastors.
